Care Inspectorate Report

We are absolutely delighted to share the results of our recent Care Inspectorate inspection, a moment celebration for our whole nursery setting!

The inspectors observed the dedication, passion and high-quality practice that we strive for every day at Fenton Barns Nursery. We were awarded 'Very Good' ratings in two key areas:

How good is our leadership.

How good is our setting.

Inspectors commented that ‘The service had a clear vision of the children's needs and the children strive to learn through play in an outdoor environment that harnesses natural curiosity and confidence within.' Their vision was evident through the observations made during inspection where play-based learning in the rich outdoor environment was priority. This created a happy and welcoming ethos which promoted a positive atmosphere for children to have fun, build relationships and learn about nature.
